Subject: I have a person talking to me and wont leave me alone and is telling me that she is going to call the cops on me when I
This person started talking to me online on myyearbook and she was having some relationship problems and I was like ok maybe I could help so I try to help her and she just starts to get very down and emo like and really didn't want to deal with that so I slowly told her away but she started to say that she is falling for me and it started to creep me out so I stopped talking to her then she had my phone number and continually texted me and won't stop now is telling me she is going to call the cops and I don't know what to do.

It's hard to know when you're going to end up in a situation like this when all you're trying to do is help someone. By the sound of it, this girl is especially emotionally unstable and will do whatever it takes to talk to you and keep you around, no matter what scare tactic she has to use. The one thing I don't understand about this though, is so what if she calls the cops? What are the cops going to do? You can't get into any trouble for ignoring her or not talking to her, or changing your number or anything. If she is going this far to get closer to you, then cut all contacts as soon as possible. It will help stop feeding the fire. Go to your cell phone service provider and have them block her phone number on your account. Who knows if this girl can become dangerous if she is already going to such measures as threatening to call the police. Whatever dirt she does have on you, you can just simply deny. Make sure somebody around you knows about what is going on so you have a witness for potential extreme measures she may take. With time of no communication with you, this girl will eventually give up.
