German.
But only because its the only foreign language I can speak anywhere near fluently.

Ελληνικά. The dearest to me of the foreign languages I can speak.
Followed by, however stereotypical that might sound, Italian.

(My dearest languages are my native Slavic ones and other Slavic languages, however, I restrained myself from choosing Slavic options here. ;))
