I find all of the "UFO" stuff interesting. I mean, there are SO many instances where people have seen them and there is evidence of them, that it is very hard to say that they do not exist. UFO Hunters on the History Channel is great!
However, on the other hand, it is an extremely good cover for the government to use if it is conducting some sort of research or experiment. The more the government denies it the more people believe it is true. It may be that the government has learned this and now use aliens as a means of a disguise for its own projects.
(I speak from the perspective of the United States, but I suppose other governments could be doing this as well).
