This question is ONLY for those who have taken BOTH online and classroom courses. If you've never taken an online course, please do not respond.

Thank you!

classroom by far. If online, you get more time on LW, which sucks.

It varies.  I've taken both, and in general, I enjoy classroom classes much much more.

However, I took English online, and it was amazingly easy and I breezed through it.

It seems like the boring core classes you're used to and have experience in are probably best taken online, while the new type classes would be best taken as a lecture course.

Classroom all the way. Online courses are so boring, you can't interact with people.

Online if you can do the work and not be easily distracted.
You need to force yourself to do the work.

Classroom is good at that, structured learning environment.

Id prefer online but I can't work on my course I'm too easily distracted and bored.

I've taken both courses, and I do like being in a class room more because there's always a teacher to help you out with stuff. But online courses are typically much quicker and straight to the point. I learned everything for american history, world history, and basic and world economy in half a year online, whereas taking all four of those class room courses would have taken about three years total.

Pun is ALWAYS intended.

Not really. I'm doing an online course, I have my own tutor with the course. Can contact him anytime by phone or email.

The only online course Ive taken that I like is my CCNA course.

Even then, we have an instructor on site, and do some class/lab work.

Word of advice: Never take an English class online.
